Aqvato: Thanks to the large array of customisation available, all basins are crafted on request, therefore the lead time is between 8 and 10 weeks.

silverTouch: The lead time will depend on the size of the material required. Please contact us to further discover the estimated lead time, using more accurate measurements.

IMI Concrete: This material will come fully crafted directly from Germany, therefore the lead time for this is between 4 and 6 months.

All creations listed in the shop have a shipping fee of $40, however these shipping fees are waived for order over $1000.

We personally do not offer installation, however we are more than happy to speak with your trades people to explain the process, or give you a recommendation for a trades person in your area, that can assist.

Aqvato: the basins are completely customisable, there is a choice of 22 colours, and the basins can be crafted in the specific dimensions needed. For further information on a custom size or colour, please contact us!

silverTouch: As we know each living space is designed and laid out differently, we will fit the stainless steel to your needs. The single sheets are a maximum of 6m by 1.48m, meaning no joins are required on your expansive kitchen island. 

Sinks can be handcrafted in any shape or size with welded corners, so your countertop and sink look as one, or standard sink sizes can be used.

All Aqvato by Sandhelden products can be cleaned with commercially available cleaning agents, provided that these do not contain any acids.

Cleaning is quick and easy:

• For normal cleaning work, a damp cloth (not a microfiber cloth) is usually sufficient.
• Any stains should be removed immediately using water (not warmer than 65 degrees) so that any stains cannot take effect (this especially applies for hair dyes).
• Stronger stains should be removed with a scratchfree cleaning sponge evenly in circular movements. Afterwards, clean the surface with water and a soft cloth.

The silverTouch material can be cleaned using dishwashing liquid and the soft side of a kitchen sponge.

Should you ever have a more powerful stain, a cream cleaner, such as Jif, can be used. Please ensure to wash all the cream off using water afterwards.

After cleaning the stainless steel, dry it using a clean cloth.
